We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

How long does it take to receive my package?

LOLITE offers a variety of shipping options for inhouse stock our shipping is a standard 5-7 business days. For print on demand items (noted within the listing) shipping can take 7- 12 business days depending on location.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Accepted Answer

We can only accept returns/exchanges for reasons of our fault, e.i. wrong size sent, damaged product, etc. on unworn items with original tags and packaging. If you have any of these issues above with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for any other reasons.

*Due to high demand and limited stock, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges at this time as every order is made specifically to each individual via our Manufacturer.   **

Will you be restocking sold out items?

This will depend on the season and demand of the item. Some items may only be restocked ONCE to allow us to keep things fresh and work on adding more stock.
